A number of useful WordPress plugins
Indeed, while some are very careful to show the time, the number of server requests the lightness of the blog, others are followers of the excess and saturation. I think it's a good thing after all, if everyone will find their own perfect, and will be the reader to make decisions. I have read some criticism on a blog overload (50-60 plugins, display times around 9-10 seconds page).

* No Self Pings: This very simple plugin, you can not have internal trackback. This makes things more transparent and visually in your comments bother me.
* Sociability: I tried several ways of sharing information and this plugin I have taken. I like your presentation and your choice of Digg-like, among others. I just added the icon Fuzz (which I missed) mrwong.
* Maintenance Mode: I always find it worrying to get somewhere / blog or any changes or updates "live", you never know if it is temporary or if the author did not report the current failure. Here is a beautiful page to advertise that the site was currently working on and maintaining full administrator access, as if nothing had happened.

DoFollow *: one of the first I installed. If anyone in this blog post I think the "logic" to allow some reference search engines. But in general, on the blogs of an attribute "nofollow" is added to indicate to drivers to pass their way. DoFollow remove this attribute.
* Subscribe to Comments: a classic, but it seems very important. Let your readers the opportunity to subscribe to a specific debate.
* SEO Title Tag: Point of view the reference of this plugin is very comprehensive. Allows you to optimize all their titles (blog, categories, tags, …).

Wordpress plugins definitely make SEO easier. I love the all in one SEO plugin. However, it all comes down to content. If your content is not good, then no SEO plugin will work. Content has to be unique, fresh and posted regularly in order to be successful.
