Update on Link Contest

by Jack Humphrey on Nov 19

Contest Ends Saturday, November 22, 2008

There are just a few days left to enter the link contest for 1 our of 5 $1200 value prizes!  Some people are going absolutely nuts to win this, so you don’t want to wait to enter at the last minute.

Chances increase the more you enter and some of our contestants are taking that to heart.  The odds are so good that some people, if the contest ended today, are virtually guaranteeing themselves a win!

That should make you think, “Hmmm, then maybe I should take this contest seriously and get entered if the odds are so good!”

Look, I can’t just mail you a check for $1200.  But this contest, as easy as it is to enter and with the odds as good as they are, is about as close as you can get to someone shoving some cash in your hand for nothing!

So C’mon! Enter to Win! :)

A bit off topic here but I just had to comment on new theme Jack!

I’m still a bit unsure about the layout but LOVE the header!

@alex Thanks man! Anything about the layout specifically?

Well, not really just the fact that you now have left sidebar :-) I like them on right side but am partial to that layout .. I do think you have nice clean looks right now that is easy to read and navigate.

That’s what I thought you might be thinking. I wondered how the left nav bar would be received after the entire web seems to have gone to right nav bars. Nice thing about Thesis is I can just drag it over to the right and go back to all right sidebars in an instant.

Think I will leave it as is right now so I can be “radically” different. :)

    Thanks Jack,

Well forgotten old – is always the “radically new” huh ? ;-) I like left side nav for the eCommerce and static sites but I prefer right side for dynamic sites due to the amount of content the right side presents. As is case with blogs.
