Thanks Jack, you know I have been seeing your name all around websites. Really respect your reply. I am trying to use squidoo to market some affiliate marketing training articles that I wrote. I think because they talk about affiliate marketing and things such as wealthy affiliate review, that is why they get banned.

I had to reword the lense so it is generic. Kind of sucks, but I guess some internet marketers ruined it for the rest of us. Ouch… Thanks again.

No topic in and of itself should be banned. What they are after, like everyone else, are lenses that live up to their quality standards. If you check out some of the highest scoring lenses on Squidoo, you can mimic what they’ve done and never get banned.

So… I tried building a lens after I read this post and it got banned because the topic was about my Wealthy Affiliate. It turns out squidoo is banning topics left and right. I tweaked it to make it work, but it was tough. Should I just steer clear from them since my topic is banned?

Do you know anyways to get around it?

I’m fairly new Squidoo and I must admit that I didn’t realize the power that it held. I’m starting to really like it now as they allow alot of freedom to do as you wish. I haven’t seen much benefit yet but I’m sure it will kick in sooner or later. I’ve only created 2 lens so far I plan to do more if those 2 work out for me. Thanks for sharing this information with us, very helpful.

Pretty good article. This website has served me well in many instances. It is good to be reminded of the benefits that it creating a Squidoo Lens can have. Although, about the number six, I wasn’t able to earn any affiliate money, maybe because it wasn’t my priority.

This was great advice, I just started marketing on Squidoo. I will some of this info to the things that I knew to really invigorate my Squidoo marketing. I especially like the part about using less text and focus on more interactive media. The multimedia approach will make an more exciteing lens that people will want to sent out to to their Social Network.

Hey yeah, Squidoo is fine – and picking up $10 commission every once in a while is a pleasant bonus! I’ve never found the traffic to be particularly valuable, though.
