Here’s a list you’ll never have to worry about being on. Google has deemed these sites perfect 10’s.
Now what I really like about this list of PageRank 10 sites is the disparity between backlinks.
Lowest number of backlinks for a PR 10 site: 1,540 (ERCIM.ORG)
Highest number of backlinks for a PR 10 site: 1,330,000 (StatCounter)
(Excluding Google. They have over 3 million backlinks, but it makes for less interesting reading to continually point out yet another list Google is at the top of!)
From my browser, the PR 10 at StatCounter is actually a 9. I imagine the guys at SearchEngineGenie.com are getting tired of trying to keep such a list up to date. Then again, the royalty of the web rarely changes.
