		<description>As a millenial, I agree completely with what Dan said. I vividly recall going for a job as a lawyer with the largest firm in my state (I got the job) and one of the questions was &quot;where do you see yourself in 5 years&quot;. The look on the senior partners&#039; faces when I said &quot;a partner in this firm&quot; was incredible. They looked at me like I was living in a totally different reality!
