Personal Branding is ongoing and so your 7 C's are a perfect as a checklist. I find having the courage to show flaws and all is important. I don't profess to know everything and asking for feedback is helpful in this case. Writing about my failures as well as successes is vital to showing readers that I am real and that it's okay to have failures... that's how I learn and move on which I hope then encourages others to do so as well. Commitment is a biggie too. If I fall out of integrity, which can happen with a couple of young children around the place, I do make a point of setting things right and getting on with it. As long as there is communication between the parties involved it can be rectified. Maybe communication could be #8! Thanks Jack for this guest post.
