I would say when I was "little", but that would be a lie since everyone knows I was never little. using the excuse that some people spank out of anger or abuse this excellent form of discipline is very lame btw. but I'll definitely consider adding this form of discipline if it keeps my future kids from running out into a busy intersection ;) i would be very pissed with my parents if they didn’t spank me when I was a kid. I used to think like that but unfortunately every method i tried did not work. Unfortunately many times things aren't that simple. Children disrespecting parents and not knowing limits is common these days. If we don't train them now they will only grow to become irresponsible selfish adults. Other than even while children they can do some pretty bad stuff. When my son was about 10 I had occasion to slap his behind. He immediately told me he wanted to go to the police to report me. I readily agreed telling him I would be explaining to the police why he got the slap. Worked perfectly.
