Search Engine Spider Simulator: This tool simulates the way a search engine will spider your site so you can see your site the way the robots do.
Anchor Text Analysis: This is a KILLER little tool that shows your backlinks AND the anchor text from each link pointing to your site. Very, Very Cool!
Keyword Density Cloud: This generates a keyword cloud for your site with the more used keywords larger than lesser used words. You can then click on any word in the cloud and get the searches for that and tons of related keywords performed recently!

Good to see Useful tools collection in one place..
I have Market Samrai which has most of these tools built in except for the Spider one, I like this and found out more about my site that I over looked such as the H2 side bar tags that were totally non relevant to my sites keywords
