I just wanted to reach the folks who were doing it way more than they should be and ignoring what works really well nowadays. Make sure you wash your needle off periodically to avoid infection. :) Anthony,

The site pages all had a page rank of 0 or 1. The page I have used reciprocal linking on now has a PR3. I have my reciprocal linking automated and yes it can be time consuming but it does still have a value along with the modern methods. Anthony Jack,
