Thanks for reminding me about pingdom tools – used it a while back and forgot all about it. It just helped me to discover an issue with the plugin.

I have had good and bad experiences with outsourcing. While the bad was not good it did teach me how to approach a project I want to get someone else to do. Being very specific with expectations will ensure that you end up getting what you want.

Page load speed has caused a lot of confusion in the minds of people! I thin it is not a big concern as of now, but may get more preference in the algorithm with the coming time..

Thanks for the suggestions. I am particularly interested in resources for outsourcing as it is one of the biggest industries in the world at present, and shows no signs of waning any time soon.
