Every year I seem to go back and forth. “Forget resolutions!” or “I need to make some resolutions!”
I think the major factor leading to the failure of living up to the goals we set out to achieve each year is that we just plain “state them in our minds” and leave little time for actually planning out the how, when, where, and why.
