Interesting that the courtship was going on longer than I first imagined.
For a site with no revenue and a fairly simple purpose (from a development point of view), $10 million is a great deal for the creators!
Although I am sure the user base is what much of the final offer was about, it still shows a simple twist on a simple concept or two can bring the big boys knocking at your door!
