Jack,

Wow, great points all the way! Could not agree more with your sentiment and am feeling this sense of relief right now. I admit to finding myself caught up from time to time in the hype and curiosity. I'm only now gaining a new level of appropriate skepticism as prices continue to skyrocket and I am already buried in more information than I could possibly implement in the next year. Do I really need to buy yet another version of the same thing for double the price?

Love the dance macabre idea. It is definitely an unhealthy relationship dance and woe betide the person who tries to come between the seller and the buyer in that painful dance--they both have a vested interest in maintaining the illusion of happiness. Let them wake up as they will. For my own part, I shall do my best to dance with others in health.

Anyway, I truly share your opinion about making all this available to a wider audience. In fact, whattayaknow, it's high time I got back to my implementation plan ;)

great stuff!

Be well!

Hey Jack,

This is an interesting perspective and it shows to me you are the real McCoy.

I think you moved the 'free' line with the Authority Black Book in a really positive way that enabled many people to benefit if they would just do that.

It is interesting how human nature is so predictable and consistent. How otherwise could real estate investing gurus keep going back to the same markets over and over again selling the same courses?

It's simple apparently.

Only a very small percentage of people actually ever do anything with the info - like 1%.

One thing I've never agreed with about platform selling is this precept "Sell them something because if you don't somebody else will. They are buyers so get their credit cards before they get away. And while they're buying, get their signature for the next BIG event."

I tend to agree with your perspective on allowing buyers to get close and 'doting'.
Good for you Jack.

Have a healthy wealthy day.

I feel I know you very well Jack, from spending time in your ASC training centre. You have a very clear and honest perspective on this subject. I know one thing, the markets will always correct imbalances in the end. The longer an imbalance persists the deeper the correction. History tells us that. And when that time comes the likes of Jack Humphries will receive just reward for their integrity and the bounders will perish. Not much consolation in the meantime I know ,but hey ,we need mass genetic modification to overcome the flaws.

On the other side I have noticed an extraordinary expectation from many Imers to always be expecting something for nothing. The middle road is masked in obscurity. A thoroughly good product should command a thoroughly fair price. A price which is sufficient to pay overhead, r & d costs and reward the producer for their labours. I have noticed an imbalance here also.

Somehow, the offline world of biz is generally more efficient at filtering the good from the bad (ignoring financial sectors). Generally speaking we pretty much can see what we are getting for what we are about to pay for. OK that assumes a moderate level of intelligence. I have no doubt that ultimately the online world will find a way of revealing truth and validity.

Roll on genetic engineering is my answer :) First in the queue for the skanners should be Politicians, Bankers and Lawyers, followed quickly by Imers. Then perhaps the world can start to make some real progress.
