MIchel Fortin's article is so timely. I started (again, for the hundreth time) writing my journal daily. I have been very good this time, never missing a day for over three weeks now. But I have struggled with what to write on some days, and in reviewing (which is the next most important thing) I have noticed a tendancy to simply list what is wrong or right about the day, with little thought about what to do about it. I will be taking Michel's thoughts on board from here.
Thanks for the great Articles Jack.
