This video was shot by missylol from Social Marketing Central without our permission. Now that it’s all over the web I am going to act like it was a sanctioned shoot. Normally what me, Howie, and Dr. Mike do on weekends is kept private and away from the paparazzi.

    Although I must admit that I was sneakin a peek; I am not a nasty paparazzi.
    But when I caught Dr. Mike, Howie and Jack taking a much deserved break from the IM world; I thought that their many fans should see it as well.

    Sometimes we forget that the three of them are people too. It was just nice to see that they can use their bodies as well as their brains.
