I’m tempted to implement CommentLuv, but I think KeywordLuv would be a step too far for me.

Like some of the other commenters, I’m worried about the idea of becoming a spam magnet.

dofollow is cool but I installed a plugin to inform commenters their spam is not welcome and will be marked as spam and be deleted. I got it here http://www.scratch99.com/wordpress-plugin-comment-warning/ and everyone who uses commentluv or keywordluv should get is. spammers suck

My site kept freezing up with the plugin. Perhaps there was a conflict with other plugins.

CommentLuv is a great idea although my feeds go to feedburner, not my website. Does anyone know how to have my feeds on my own website, not feedburner? Cheers.

CommentLuv is a fab Plug-In for thanking people for taking the time to leave comments. It is a good tool to make and leave an impression of your brand/company.

I totally agree that it becomes very attractive to visitors if they could see that they can be rewarded with having quality links by participating with relevant comments. I just installed CommentLuv on my wordpress blog which makes computer recommendations. I was previously using Disqus. After a time I realized that Disqus actually discourages visitors from commenting since you have to jump through so many hoops just to comment.
