
I was sat at an event and listened as most of the people who attended talked about buying products they couldn’t use because of a complete lack of support from the product owner – despite the product costing a few thousand dollars.
It’s such a shame and such a waste of their hard earned money but such a great reminder for us of how fortunate we are at blogsuccess to have such brilliant support that replies usually to queries within 24 hours. It helps that the two main members are in different parts of the world so as one wakes another is going to sleep
– what that means for Blog Success members is the ability to ask any technical question and get a quick reply.
I recently bought a wordpress theme that promised support and said it was easy to include images. Of course it wasn’t easy and support was nil. Three days after receiving no reply I asked the Blog Success tehnical team to help me and they did, within a few hours everything was working again.
You can never under estimate the importance of support when it comes to developing your blog because nothing is more frustrating than having to wait for help when all you want to do is get on with the business of blogging!
