		<description>Great article Barbara. When you do the type of exercise you suggest, it&#039;s shocking to discover how much time we waste. To your three lists (must, should and like to do), I&#039;d add a fourth - &#039;don&#039;t do&#039;. You cover that point with the excellent idea of a post-it on your PC. But I&#039;ve discovered that the discipline of writing a &#039;not to do&#039; list is very liberating and productive.
