Have you just about had it with keeping up with all of your social networking sites? Communicating with all of them can really eat up a lot of your time and make it tedious. What if there was a site that provided a service to keep up with all of your sites at once? How cool would that be?
Since 2007, hellotxt.com has helped more than 10,000 users post their status once and make it appear automatically on every network that you subscribe to, which is now up to about 25 different social networks.
This helps you keep all of your friends updated on your status with ease. When your friends use the hellotxt.com service, you can read their updates all at once, too. Its getting even more convenient to use hellotxt.com, with new compatibilities with not only Internet Explorer, but now the Google Chrome browser and Opera, as well.
When you become a registered user, you can enter your login information once and instantly be connected to every network you belong to, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, FriendFeed, Plurk, and many more. Enhance you status further by adding pics, video, comments, and other features to get even closer to your contacts.
Because the site is highly encrypted and your data is protected, you won’t have to worry about your privacy when using hellotxt.com. You can update your status using your computer, your mobile phone, and now, even by using your Wii? Unbelievable.
Hellotxt makes easier to stay connected to your friends and contacts with only the click of your mouse. Hellotxt.com is aiming to solve the problem of how to stay connected while the Internet spreads further and further out. Looks like they are well on their way to that solution!

Thanks jack this is very helpful. It is so hard for me to keep up and anything that can save my time management to keep up with everyone. I will be signing up and using it like crazy.
Talk to you later,

Hi Jack
Charles Heflin told me about a service called ‘Ping-Fm’ recently. I think this does the same thing as ‘Hellotxt’.
I just want to use one dedicated service without hopping around all over the place from one service to the next like a chicken with no head.
It did cross my mind that using a service like this could be perceived as being a bit ’spammy’ – what do you think?
Am I just talking a load of twaddle!

I just use it when I have something to say. 90% sharing resources I find that my friends would enjoy and 10% to announce new posts on the blog or good products I find or am selling.
It’s not intended for spamming, but it could be used that way. Its all in how you use it.
Hi Jack
90% – New resources
10% – New blog posts makes complete sense!
I don’t think it would be wise to just announce new blog posts all the time. It could grab the attention of the Google police.
Thank you for your response.

Hey Jack
I agree Hellotxt was a great time saver. I used to use it, but now it seems to have a whole lot of problems – maybe getting to big for itself. Kinda how Twitter went a few months ago.
Maybe it’ll be sorted, maybe not. In the meantime, I’m using ping.fm. I find it to be more stable. JMO.

Nothing to say “it’s awesome” but I prefer ping.fm and I post about it {http://www.opengiga.com/2008/07/28/pingfm-change-all-status-from-one-place/}.
@Tribute Band Reviews, you’re right. But, on ping.fm – you can use to change the status of your all networks from one place or to send ping to all of your networks about your blog updates. I think it’s great.
thanks Jack.
