There’s no reason to get into the details on what’s happening in Haiti. The news channels are pretty much dedicated 100% to coverage of the disaster in Haiti. Disaster doesn’t even seem like the appropriate word in this case.
I’ve been following Twitter’s #Haiti and #Help Haiti streams and have been inspired by the amount of tweets from tens of thousands of people reporting what they know, and especially links fto organizations that are helping in the rescue and relief effort. This promises to be a large and long rescue and relief effort.

I hope all my readers stop to take a moment to do what you can to support non profit groups who are on the ground in Haiti doing what they can to help in this terrible, desperate, and developing situation.
