on the thesis theme, I love the old school layout but I’m not sure I like the header graphic. Something is not right but I don’t know what. Maybe the colors?

I loved the dramatic effect of the previous header but this one leaves me cold. To tell you the truth, after 3 visits to FTR I still hadn’t even noticed the yellow signs, I’s only seen the street sign!
Perhaps they would work better with some subtle FLASH.
