Fliva Is A Cool Tool…

by Jack Humphrey on Jun 13

I found this Fliva thing on Technorati. It was linked in a WTF post. I am not sure everything that can be done with it but I played with it a bit and it was way easy to use.

You get a bunch of questions and you choose which to answer. Would be cool if it let you make your own questions and turn it into a neat little how-to module for your site. Or an FAQ. It might just do that, but I didn’t see where you could customize the questions themselves.

(If you are using IE and can’t see the Fliva module below, that’s another reason you should be using
!)

Seems you can take this thing all over the web with you and let people get to know more about you in profiles, etc. as you promote your site on Web 2.0 sites, for instance.

If you use Fliva on your site, post the link here so FTR readers can learn more about you and see how you used it!

It is cool – And I love … err … Flove your answer to “What would you do with 24 hours left to live”!

I can’t for the life of me figure out what it is, or what it’s for. I went to the website, but they make you sign up before you can look around, so I didn’t get in. What is the point of this?

    thanks for mentioning us!

To answer ‘john’ the point is to allow people viewing your widget ( wherever you post it ) a little insight into your personality. The questions are designed to let your creativity flow, and let your readers/viewers express their interest in your answers.

Eventually we’ll be adding some features allowing users to ask each other questions via the widget.
