I tried the plugin but it conflicted with my Featured Content Gallery plugin so I uninstalled it. I already have a FAQ page. It could stand some improvement but it is a start. Hope you've now updated to WP2.5 - it's been a while since FAQ-Tastic was launched and it's just had a bit of a revamp and is now a whole lot better - it now comes in 2 flavours: Lite (which is still free) and Pro (yet to be released!). There's now a new 32 page user manual which makes it easier for people to get to grips with some of the concepts as well as some handy tips for people signing up to the mailing list. There is a link for people who don't want to sign up too - but, hey... they'll just miss out on the new stuff we're working on. I'm currently in the process of getting the Pro version out. It's pretty much complete and has some cool features for specifically designed for SEO and IM types. Still got to write the user manual for that one though...
