Michael,

Great stuff! It's what our mentor has been teaching us. It's nice to read your viewpoint. Thank you!

Great article about a point which is easy to forget - identify the personality types. In my sales career, it was always important to connect to the person quickly on their terms in order to build trust. Once someone trusts you, your chances to make a sale drastically improve. Likewise, if you abuse that trust, you stand little chance of ever selling to them again.

Do you have any suggestions for helping identify the personality type beyond the career guide, especially when a product seems to have mass appeal?

Michel,

I love it...assigning personality to your market, so your "message and market" match...which is the age-old marketing lesson we all should know.

Excellent teachings Michel.
