Nice post, albeit a bit too long and repetitive.

For a new comer, choosing a niche seems far more difficult as they try to survive, so they tend to grab at whatever comes their way. It is only after you have an existing customer base that you can think of ways to differentiate and carve a niche. But well said – Carve a niche, and you can command a higher price, a higher perceived value, and customers come running to your door.

It makes total sense that if you target an existing niche and are prepared to identify and provide solutions for their problems/needs, you'll have far more success than if you try to blanket everything for everyone.
