Matt – try advertising in local directories. There are quite a few now. Here’s one (Directory of Sacramento) that’s in your area. It’s new, but I have inside info it’s going to be getting a bunch of traffic this year.
Also ads in local entertainment mags/papers should be pretty cheap these days.
