A great read on blog marketing is available through Amazon. The book, by Jeremy Wright, is getting great reviews.
Here is an excerpt from Bloomberg’s review:
“You must have blogrolls, or lists of links, because you aren’t really a cool blogger, Wright tells us, unless you link to other blogs in your subject area. NewsGator, a plug-in for Microsoft Outlook, makes new feeds arrive the way e-mail does. PubSub offers a tracking system for feeds.
Wright makes all of these programs fairly clear, though the book would have benefited from some hints about which software packages are essential.”
Here is the beginning of the third chapter. Actually Jeremy has a lot of previews on his blog. You should check it out!

“because you aren’t really a cool blogger” I want google to think I am more cool than a bunch of computer geeks. Well, I guess the Google guys are a bunch of geeks, but they are rich and powerful geeks, I want them and their robots to think I am cool. I know I know VEO, but the more links = less page rank
