Hi Jenn.

You're right. The nofollow tag was deliberatly used in
the navigation menu as well as in the blue underlined
links.

However, the other (main) links that appear as flash in
your web browser are actually spiderable text links. I
used something called "sifr" to replace the text with a
nicer font... but that happens locally in your browser.

The same technique is used on all H1 tags of the pages
and blog posts.

All the best!

Great review of copywriting.com

I have a question and I was hoping you might be able to answer it. On the copywriting.com home page all of the links that lead into the site are "nofollow". I'm assuming that is for SEO purposes, but I'm just curious as to what the advantage of it is? I notice it is the same on the Navigation menu. Could you help explain the thinking behind that?

Thanks so much!

I'm waiting for John's Reese new site income.com to open I spend a lot of time at his blog. He teaches so much and gives away so much information. I think he is a great teacher. Another great teacher is Brad Fallon. He also is going to be opening a new site this year it is http://freeiq.com/megmcneal (this is an affiliate link) if you would rather not click on an affiliate link the direct link is http://freeiq.com . It's in beta now, he is accepting free members right now.

<strong>Authority Site Review: Copywriting.com...</strong>

I am proud to know a couple of people with top level domains. John Reese is launching Income.com this year, and I have recently discovered that my friend Miguel Alvarez has stopped squatting on Copywriting.com and put up a killer site!...
