Hello Jack,

Thanks for your kind words and suggestions.

In line with those suggestions, what would you suggest as a minimal promotion routine for quality articles on one's own website or a client website?

Both of these are great articles. The silent computer article wasn't even Stumbled, so I was left wondering if you gave it the promotion it needed to actually take off.

Didn't check the other, but you have to drive enough traffic to these to even know for sure if they are falling on deaf ears or not.

I didn't see anything wrong with the titles. My thing is the promotion and linking doesn't seem to be there which, until you test on enough visitors, means you won't know how the titles of these work.

Hello Jack,

That's a kind offer. Here's a great article on our website which didn't do too well, with all kinds of detailed valuable information: How to build a Silent Computer.

What would you suggest instead?

Here's another one which I thought would do well with the online crowd with a controversial theme: How to Avoid Fights with your Girlfriend about Work. But it died a quick death.

Any ideas what went wrong? I thought the title was fine.

Every time I read something Michel Fortin writes, I learn more about copywriting. I've seen him speak many times and I can't count the number of articles and posts he's written but I still learn something new. Most of the time he's stating the obvious or putting a different slant on something we all learned in Copywriting 101 but it resonates with me and helps me become a better copywriter.

Thank you Michel!
