A great place to list your blog (actually the RSS feed) is at RSS Directory. With a home page PR of 6 and a live listing of your blog posts, you can get some good exposure to your blog.

Yes, submitting is the hard part. Great list. I see days ahead of me posting my blog to each one. If only my kids were a little older. They could get bonus allowance for doing it for me.
