One of the things I’ve vowed to do a lot better in 2010 is my free video training and taking better care of my YouTube channel.
I’ve already gotten a head start by updating my channel and uploading new videos. (I like to come out of the gate with a bang!) And since I “vow to wow” my viewers this year, it might not be a bad idea for you to subscribe to my channel. I’ll be dropping a lot of goodies there all year related to blog marketing, SEO, content development, making money with your blog, link building and social marketing.
So what YouTube marketing experts do I follow?
Here are some of my favorite YouTube marketing channels:
- Joel Comm – Totally professional production. The Joel Comm Show is awesome. Check it out.
- Randy Gage – Randy is inspiring. He’s my prosperity guru. His channel on YouTube is one I visit when I need a kick in the pants and some wisdom from a pro.
- Loic Lemeur – This is the guy that does the great big Paris “Le Web” conference. He’s been posting videos from geeky tech gadgetry stuff to marketing tips and interviews.
- TED Talks – All the great videos from the TED conferences and talks.
- Dr. Success (Michel Fortin) – Yes, I watch Fortin because he’s my buddy, a fellow drummer, and a genuinely good guy. But he’s also a freakin’ killer copywriter. In fact he’s one of the best in the world. (More KISS videos please Michel!)
- Google Channel – If you want to be a popular leader in your market, you have to understand Google. It’s a big part of any marketer’s bag of tricks. There are tons of Google channels on YouTube, but this one is where it all starts.
- Lisa (2CreateaWebsite) – Really cool how-to videos for web design and affiliate marketing. I’m a fan!
I’ve intentionally left many worthy YouTube marketing channels and people out. That’s specifically so YOU can chime in with a few of your favorites below. Just click on Comments and have at it!

Thanks for these excellent sites. I especially like Ted and Lisa’s sites as I’m already familiar with them. I’ll have to check out the others now as you’ve never steered me wrong with your recommendations. Take care. Patrick
I’m a big van of Lisa from 2 create a website.com. She makes great video’s and awesome content en gives great tips on webdesign and affiliate marketing.
Youtube is a great source of marketing and more entertaining but it’s not important to show your face. Maybe find a few friends or just video clips and mix them together easily. Which software is best to edit videos??
I use Camtasia to simple edit the timeline and input title graphics. If more editing is needed I use Sony Vegas Pro.
Hi Jack,
Thank you so much for compiling this list. I was familiar with TED and Loic’s channel but the rest are new to me. It’s refreshing to see a compilation of Youtube channels to follow as opposed to yet another list of text blogs to read.
For me this is another indication that video is indeed becoming THE media of choice online. To quote Emarketer’s CEO Geoff Ramsey: “More marketers will increasingly embrace online video advertising, supported by the twin boom of video streams and video ad networks.” More on that here: http://blog.treepodia.com/2010/01/predictions-2010-video-tops-emarketers-list-of-trends-to-watch-in-ecommerce

Thank you for your list of favorite YouTube marketing channels. I am quite familiar with Joel Comm, he is a good guy with a lot of great information. I was unaware of his channel I will definitely check these out as I am doing a lot of work with video these days.
